YARRS CORP ("we", "us", "our") operates this website as an informational and quote-request resource for industrial buyers. This policy explains what information we handle, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or account systems. The only personal information we receive is what you voluntarily send us when you request a quote or contact us — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and the material specifications in your inquiry. Our online RFQ form opens your own email program; the details you enter are sent to us as an email and are not stored on this website.

How We Use Your Information

Information you send us is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, fulfill orders, and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and Tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site — for example which pages are viewed and how many visitors arrive each week. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, so it only runs after you choose "Accept analytics" in the notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, or simply ignore the notice, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected; the site works exactly the same either way. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which restores the notice. Your choice itself is stored only in your browser's local storage and contains no personal information. IP addresses sent to Google Analytics are anonymized, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising or personalization. Google Search Console is configured only through a verification meta tag in the page header; it does not set cookies or track visitor behavior. A small piece of browser session storage remembers which hero image you last saw; it contains no personal data and is deleted when you close the tab.

Quote correspondence is retained only as long as needed to serve your request and meet ordinary business record-keeping obligations. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold.

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
